Tony Seabert B.S.M.E., M.S.I.E.


Tony has worked across three industries as an engineer including industrial construction, oil & gas, and aerospace. Early in his career he ventured internationally, in both Europe and Africa, leading corporate restructuring and business development efforts. To challenge his technical skills and to explore his childhood fascination for rockets, he transitioned to NewSpace where he designed, built, and tested multiple rocket engines at Firefly Aerospace and SpaceX.

For MVPE, Tony specializes in supply-chain, manufacturing, component design, and fluid system design. He also spends time building a real estate portfolio and volunteers as the Chief Financial Officer for Jacksonville, FL non-profit R.E.S.T.O.R.E.

Randy Allen, Ph.D.

Chief Systems & Guidance, Navigation, and Controls Engineering Consultant

Dr. Randal Allen’s experience includes Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), 6DOF Modeling & Simulation (M&S), and Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GNC) of Aerospace Systems.  He is a certified modeling and simulation professional (CMSP), certified in the Lifecycle Modeling Language (LML), Level-1 certified with STK, and certified by TSTI in Understanding Space.  He is co-author of “Simulation of Dynamic Systems with MATLAB and Simulink,” and an Associate Fellow of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics.  He received a B.S. in Engineering Physics and an M.S. in Applied Mathematics from the University of Illinois (Urbana-Champaign), an Engineer’s Degree in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Stanford University, and a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Central Florida, where he serves as an Adjunct Professor in the Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering department – serving as Faculty Advisor for CubeSat design and realization for NASA/KSC PIs.
